For our client, HR Tailors is looking for a Sales representative B2B.


You have to have:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales of minimum 2 years
  • Fluent Romanian, good command of English
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • ︃︀︇︉︀︀︊︁​︇︎︁︇​︁︁︎︎​︋︃︍︄​︁︎︃︁︍︈︅︆︎️︌︃Ability to work independently and with little supervision
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office
  • Driver's license (cat. B)


You will have to:

  • Plan the sales strategy for the assigned region, focusing on high-potential customers
  • Constantly prospect the market and support the company's positioning, identifying new business opportunities
  • Promote the services offered according to the specifics and needs of the clients
  • Prepare commercial offers
  • Negotiate with confidence and integrity the contractual conditions and ensure that the evolution of sales is in accordance with the established objectives
  • Monitor the development of contracts, monthly
  • Analyze the market, the competition, the degree of customer satisfaction and propose specific actions to increase the market share
  • Build and maintain sustainable partnerships both externally (clients, authorities, partners) and internally (within colleagues, management, etc.)
